About 5,381 employers were interviewed for the Manpower Employment Outlook Survey for the second quarter of 2010. With 39 per cent of employers expecting headcount to increase, 3 per cent forecasting a decrease and 51 per cent predicting no change, the Net Employment Outlook stands at +39 per cent, after the data has been adjusted to account for seasonal variation.
